OUR HISTORY

For over 20 years, Vector Engineers Inc. has spearheaded engineering solutions that are rooted in experience, expertise, and passion. Initially specializing in civil engineering and land surveying, we are run by a dedicated team of engineers, geologists, technicians, and drillers focused the firm to specialize in geotechnical engineering, geotechnical drilling, geosciences, construction services, and forensic geotechnical engineering.

Having served Kentucky, Tennessee, and Southern Indiana for almost two decades, Vector Engineers is the preferred partner for owners, construction managers, and property developers in the three states we operate in.

OUR FUTURE (MERGER WITH CTL)

With a view of expanding its own operations across the states that Vector Engineers has a firm presence in, we acquired by CTL Engineering Inc.

CTL is a full-service consulting engineering firm serving 13 cities across Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Kentucky, in addition to an office in India. Being an employee-owned firm, CTL provides services that encompass engineering, forensic science, construction, testing, and IT. Their array of services has benefitted clients across construction and manufacturing industries, telecommunication companies, and the energy sector. Post the merger, both organizations are primed for growth with teams in place to offer even more value to customers.

EMPLOYEE STOCK OWNERSHIP
PROGRAM (ESOP s)

Vector Engineers is part of a very small group of companies globally that are active participants in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan or ESOPs. ESOPs, an employee retirement plan governed by the Employment Retirement and Security Act (ERISA), allows employees to own stocks of the company, which they can choose to either retain or liquidate, post a certain age and tenure within the organization.

Stock option programs are fairly common in senior white-collar jobs, but Vector is one of a rare few that opened this program up to its entire workforce. This program is significant because it gives the employees a vested interest in how the company performs. Over time, this interest will develop a sense of ownership within the workforce and result in higher quality work and employee satisfaction levels.
